In my mid-30s, I hit a crossroads while climbing the corporate ladder in local government . Stressed , burnt out and unfulfilled, a transformative three-month break in the French Alps after the loss of a loved one led me to radically change my life. This pivotal moment fuelled my passion to take the steps to reclaim my power, my worth and no longer play the waiting game.
I evolved my passions and the things that fully supported me during times of life challenge including Yoga, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Reflexology and Swedish Massage to establish my own business. Now, I offer these services, alongside retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, aiming to guide clients through life challenges and empowering them with energy and freedom approaches.
My mission is to help people like you to reclaim their worth, step into their power, and experience the freedom and grace of a limitless, fulfilled life. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
